  • We recommend easing in 2–3 days before your start. Begin reducing caffeine, alcohol, sugar, dairy, gluten, and processed foods. Focus on light, plant-based meals, fresh juices, herbal teas, and hydration.

  • Everyone’s experience is unique. Common effects include more energy, clearer skin, better digestion, and improved mood. It’s also normal to feel tired or experience mild headaches in the first 1–2 days - these are signs your body is releasing toxins.  - check our What to expect guide to understand more about the process. The more you get familiar with what is happening in your body, the more you can relax into it. 

  • Gentle movement is best. Think walking, stretching, breathwork, or yoga. Your body is using energy to detox and repair, so give it space to restore. Save intense workouts for after your cleanse.

Cleanse Experience

  • We offer 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10-day juice cleanse programs. You can extend or customise depending on your needs and schedule.

  • All cleanse orders are for local collection only. You’ll be given a collection window and location details once your order is confirmed. Please bring a cooler bag if you have a long journey home - juices should be kept chilled.

  • As soon as you get home, place your juices in the fridge. They are fresh, so they should be consumed within the date range provided on the bottles.

Juice Cleanse Orders & Delivery

  • Our cleanses are nutritionally complete on their own. However, we include supplements we think really enhance your detox journey like Charcoal and Chlorella and offer optional add-ons like Pine Pollen to support specific goals - such as hormone balance, energy, or satiety. We’ll guide you on how to integrate them if you choose to.

Supplements & Add-Ons

  • Most clients are surprised by how satisfied they feel. Our juices are nutrient-dense and carefully balanced to support blood sugar and cravings. If you need a small snack, we recommend avocado, cucumber, or a handful of soaked almonds.

  • Our programs are designed for generally healthy adults. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or managing a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning.

  • We suggest eliminating caffeine during your cleanse for the best detox results. However, if you must have something, opt for a small amount of green tea or herbal infusions like matcha, peppermint or dandelion root. We provide herbal teas in your cleanse.

  • Absolutely! Cleansing with someone else adds support and accountability. Many of our customers love doing seasonal resets as a shared ritual.

  • Yes. Once you order, you’ll receive a welcome guide, tips, and optional check-ins. We’re also just an email / WhatsApp  away if you have questions along the way.
