    We focus on whole, unprocessed plants. Nothing is pasteurised or  artificial. Just medicinal hydration with real results. 

  • Days 1–2
    These first days are often the most challenging. As toxins begin to shift and your body adapts, you may feel tired, foggy, or experience detox symptoms such as headaches, aching muscles, or flu-like sensations - especially if withdrawing from caffeine. This is a good sign that your body is beginning to heal. Reducing caffeine and eating lighter (vegan) before your cleanse can help ease the transition.
