Days 1–2
These first days are often the most challenging. As toxins begin to shift and your body adapts, you may feel tired, foggy, or experience detox symptoms such as headaches, aching muscles, or flu-like sensations - especially if withdrawing from caffeine. This is a good sign that your body is beginning to heal. Reducing caffeine and eating lighter (vegan) before your cleanse can help ease the transition.

Day 3
You may start to feel a turning point. Energy lifts, mind clears, digestion lightens. This is when autolysis—the body’s self-healing process—begins. Damaged or diseased cells are broken down, and fresh new cells start to regenerate.

Day 4+
Your body is now in deeper healing mode.
